If there is any problem with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date it is shipped to you, provided the item is returned in the same condition as purchased.  As shipping to you is free, you are responsible for return shipping.

 

Refunds will be issued within 7 - 10 days after your returned item is received unless you are exchanging the item for a different piece. In that event, that new piece will be sent to you within 7 days.  Any full or partial refund due will be made by the same method of payment as used in the original purchase.  If there is an additional amount due on any exchanged purchase, payment must be received before the new item is shipped.
